You will be greeted with the adorable baa's of our goat herd as you approach the Goat Yoga zone
As you flow through your yoga poses, our affectionate goats roam freely, offering their playful energy and light-hearted spirit
They may nuzzle your mat, hop around you, or even join you in a pose or two
This all-levels yoga class is designed for everyone, whether you're a seasoned Yogi or a curious beginner
Mikenze will guide you through a series of poses, focusing on stretching, mindfulness, and relaxation, all while incorporating the delightful antics of the goats

Experience includes a walk through the farm, time to settle with the goats, a 40 min stretch-based Yoga class and time after to cuddle with the goats and get your photos. All participants must pre-register. Minimum participant age is 6 years old. All mats are provided.
