Mikenze's Story
I found Yoga in August 2018, and I have not looked back. It has helped me to find a balance within myself and helped me to move forward into a whole new positive chapter of my life. Yoga truly has changed my life for the better. I am more calm, focused, and positive. I have also lost a significant amount of weight and I have more energy than ever.
I travelled to Bali, Indonesia and trained with YogaUnion - a company that has been teaching Yoga teachers for over 20 years. I trained with top teachers and teacher trainers from India and Greece, and continued my education through various teachers in my own personal practice.
